The Kilimanjaro Km is open for 4-12 years
**when a user views the My Entries / Memberships page a Sell Entry button is displayed. If a user triggers a sale then a transfer invitation email is sent to the new user allowing them to take over their entry. If the new user accepts the invitation they can enter and pay for the entry, regardless of any entry limit restrictions. On successfully adding the new entry the original owner will, if applicable, get a refund based on the defined policy. Your event can also be set up so that a participant is able to transfer their entry to someone else, whilst still keeping ownership of the entry - we call this Substitution. If your event is set up in this way then the entrant either uses the specific Edit Entries link for your event, or logs into SiEntries and goes to their My Entries page. They then click on the Edit button next to the event and the Edit/Substitute button on the following page. Next to their participant details there will be a Substitute button which will take them to the screen where they can type in the details of the person taking their place. Ideally they will have the SiEntries ID, last name, and email address for the person taking their place.
**You can sell your entry with a refund minus the SiEntries booking fee - available until Sunday 5th April 2026 at 11:59. After that time the option to sell your entry will no longer be available.
